Pad Type A
|
Type A Includes: The smallest lots are 40'x80' and these consist of a 60'x15' concrete pad with a stamped border an 8'x9'6 brick patio and an 8'x8' high quality storage building the rest is covered with luscious green grass and landscaping. In order to maintain the highest standards at Windemere Cove, all lots will be finished and sold as Pad Type A. Upgrades will be provided by the Windemere Management Group (fees do apply). Protective covenants are in place to ensure uniformity and good relations.
